Inventory of plants for Spring, 2012  If you’d like to see an inventory of plants available at Native Here, please come to the nursery to help put one together. So many of our regular work days have been rained out, and there have been so many cuttings to take and seedlings to pot, that volunteers have not had the time to do inventory. There is a wealth of plants from as far away in the two counties as Livermore and Martinez, as well as from on and around Mt Diablo, the East Bay Hills, and bayside locales.

Great News!

Master Card and Visa credit cards, and debit cards now accepted

Minimum credit card purchase is $20. Our setup requires that the actual card be present when we record the transaction. Because the equipment is telephone-based, we will now be writing up all sales in the office.

Are you aware of the volume discount at Native Here? Sometimes you may not find $500 worth of plants at a given time, but you can achieve that amount by purchasing gift certificates to use later.

Nifty wooden birdhouses will be for sale at the Plant Fair.

Click here to download a pdf of the instructions for setting up the birdhouses.

Volunteers Needed - The nursery is operated almost entirely by volunteers. At present it is open for volunteer training and sales to the public on Tuesdays noon to 3 pm, Friday mornings 9 am to noon and on Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm. Rain or strong winds close the nursery.
