We are still looking for a perfect, but as-yet undefined, photo for the cover of the third edition of the East Bay checklist, to be renamed Flora of the East Bay.
We will gratefully consider any high-resolution photos you would like to offer. One factor is that the title and author printing needs to stand out against the photo, so a not-too-busy, landscape orientation subject is best. You will be credited for your contribution.
Here’s a suggestion: for the first time, the checklist will include a preliminary list of mosses, liverworts and hornworts (aka bryophytes). If you have any high-res photos of these interesting plants, please send them along!
